Project Description:

This gutter installation project required some fascia work before the new gutter system could be installed. The existing fascia board on the home was a 2×6, with a 1×2 installed underneath the drip edge. So in order to ensure the new gutter system had a flat surface to be secured to, we installed a 1×4 underneath the 1×2, which gave us that flat surface we needed.

Once the fascia was prepped and ready for the new gutter system, we installed a new 6″ seamless gutter system with wedges. The reason we added wedges was because the fascia board was not parallel with the ground, so to ensure the gutter system was parallel with the ground, we added gutter wedges to make that happen.
