Project Description:

This homeowner had their gutter system replaced by a different company a handful of years ago. For some reason, they didn’t install any gutter on the left side of the chimney. So all that water falling off of that 9′ eve would land on the ground between the home and the shed, and flow right into the patio and around the hot tub. And in the winter season, this water would turn into ice and create a major slipping hazard.

So to fix this issue, we installed a 6″ seamless gutter and a 3×4 downspout, which drains onto the awning. 

Now this customer can enjoy a dry and ice-free patio.
