Lion Flow Seamless Gutters was built on a mix of experience, passion, and a love for serving people. Our owner grew up in the home service industry, spending his high school years and a couple of years after, remodeling homes with his dad. Those early days taught him the value of hard work and the importance of taking pride in every detail. From there, he stepped into the roofing and gutter world and worked his way up to sales manager for a local roofing and gutter company.
From there, with a drive to grow, he dove into online marketing, building a successful SEO and web design agency. While the business thrived, something was missing. He found himself missing the hands-on work, the face-to-face connection with homeowners, and the satisfaction of helping families protect their homes. That’s when it became clear where his heart truly was, back in the home service industry.
Out of that realization, Lion Flow Seamless Gutters was born. Today, the company combines years of hands-on trade experience with a passion for honest service, giving homeowners across Northern Utah a team they can count on to protect what matters most.

Meet The Owner of Lion Flow Seamless Gutters
Meet the owner, Zander Caffall. Zander grew up in the home service industry, remodeling homes through his high school years. Within these years, Zander learned everything from roofing and gutter systems to framing, drywall, flooring, and beyond. After some time remodeling homes, he wanted to learn sales, so he moved on from the hands-on stuff and became a sales rep for a local roofing and gutter company. He quickly advanced in that and became a sales manager. In the meantime, throughout all of this, he had an opportunity to learn online marketing when he was 17. So he decided to dive into that and learn the ins and outs of Search Engine Optimization on the side. As he was a sales manager for the local roofing and gutter company, he was building his marketing company on the side. That became a success, and he no longer had time to do both, so he decided to quit his day job and go all in on the marketing agency. The marketing agency continued to grow, but a few years into doing it full-time, Zander realized that he really missed the home service industry. So he decided to go for it and start a seamless gutter company, and that was when Lion Flow Seamless Gutters was started. Since then, Zander and his team have been installing and maintaining gutters across Northern Utah, giving homeowners a gutter system they can trust and rely on.
